      3. Question: What qualities do you look for in a tenant? 

We mainly look at two things: 

a) Your previous rental history.

b) Your previous work history.

We like to see that a tenant has rented their current residence for 2 years or longer and has also had the same job for 2 years or longer (unless retired, disabled or self employed, then work history will not apply.) 

      4. Question: What is the application fee? 

Answer: There is no application fee. However, if your application is accepted, you will be required to pay a $35 fee to conduct a criminal background check.
